Hi, I’m Katie! Welcome to Katie Grevlos Fitness.

I’m so glad you’re here and I hope you are, too.

I’m a certified personal trainer and health coach in the online space with 6+ years of experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I’ve worked in corporate wellness, commercial fitness centers, and orthopedic settings. After years of working with clients on the side in addition to my full-time positions, I decided it was time to carve my own niche in the health and fitness space. As a result, I am now the owner and head coach of my own online health coaching business: Katie Grevlos Fitness. I work with a variety of clients doing what I love the most…creating a community of men and women who value strong over skinny, wellness over restriction, and sustainability over quick fixes.

I believe that health and fitness is about nourishing your mind, body, and soul - it is a way of living that should enhance your life and contribute to a healthier, happier, stronger, and better version of you.

At Katie Grevlos Fitness, I believe your training and nutrition should fit your lifestyle, not the other way around. I have an immense passion for helping men and women achieve their desired goals by prescribing the most up-to-date and science-backed training and nutrition information while tailoring my coaching to you, the individual, your goals, and your lifestyle.

As a coach and even through my own journey, I’ve seen and experienced the damage that misinformation can do to one’s health. I don’t believe in quick fixes, detox diets, or skinny teas. I value education, science, sustainability, and personalization. I’m here to help YOU achieve your best bod, yes, but most importantly, I’m here to help you become your healthiest, happiest, and best self yet. I’m here to help you achieve long-term results that empower you, enhance your quality of life, and allow you to live a truly healthy and balanced lifestyle.
